  1. Hi Ian, I really like your collection of pictures. I noticed your chapter titles don’t match the pictures to much and they are more random than not, but I actually think that is perfect for this collection. Your pictures are all over the place, but it works! My favorite picture is number 12. I really like how clear and in focus it is, and the texture really makes me want to keep looking. I love the editing you did to make the rest of the picture more blurry and the main focus to be the wet pole in the center. Awesome!

  2. Ian, I think you have a talent for capturing the moment. Your portfolio came together nicely and I think the newer photos you've added fill it out with some flair. I like Pic 15 and Pic 29 as your pics of the year.

  3. Hey Ian,

I have to agree with Holly originally when I was looking at your photos I was confused as to how they fit within your chapters. I am sure you understand the connection but I have decided that I rather not know, I like the organized chaos I think its fitting and it makes for a more unique collection. My favorite photo is 15. I am just instantly drawn to it. A close second was 18. I loved the honesty of your photos throughout this semester. You took us through your daily life introducing us to your friends, taking us on trips and basically showing us your daily life this semester. This approach made your photos more realistic and fun. Good work,

  4. Hey Ian! I can't decide which picture of yours is my favorite so I've decided on two. Pictures 12 & 29. I would have to agree with Holly and Ashely regarding your chapter titles and the pictures. I enjoy the organized chaos as Ashley said. I think it works well with your serious of photos this semester. Good work!

  5. Hey Ian, this is a fantastic set. You capture light in a lot of different ways that illuminates your subjects and your framing. My favorite photo from this set is number 30. The skewed angle and fallen chair make a normal everyday scene both compelling and visually uncomfortable.

  6. Hi Ian, really enjoyed your portfolio. I felt like I was on a journey with you as I went through it. My favorite photo is 18 from the Support chapter. Feels like a nice period piece.

  7. I really love your part one picture 4. It's amazing how you got the images of the bars to be still but the biker is in motion. Amazing.
