  1. My favorite is #2. I like how the lights reflect on the ground giving the image more light. There is so much going on in this photo I feels like my eyes can never be satisfied and continue to look around discovering new things in the photo.

  2. Hi Julie, I really like the pictures that represent slow shutter speed shots with the lights. It’s almost like looking at fireworks or even looking into a fire! The contrast of the lights and the dark sky give a really cool effect! Also your panorama shots show an extended view very well. My favorite picture is #10 because I really like how you took your shadow and made it look stretched so you look really tall and have really long legs! Very cool effect using the panorama option on your camera!

  3. Hey Julie, I really the way you play with shutter speed and light in your photos. It adds dimensions and a sense of wonder to your pictures. My favorite photo from this set is #1, I think the pano of running water is a really creative idea.

  4. Hey Julie,
My favorite image is # 16. I am a sucker for shore shots and I think you did a great job elongating the dock through the use of panorama. I do have to say though that #10 was a close 2nd. Great idea using the vertical horizontal to capture your shadow. They are always so hard to catch!

  5. I like your photo #15 because of it captures the movement of the boat and the vibration you might feel when on the boat. I like how you used a slow shutter speed to express the overall movement of the experience.

  6. Image 11 is fantastic. Distortion in a panoramic image is usually distracting, but it actually works perfectly. It creates such a neat effect, as if the viewer was delirious or looking through warped glass. It is dizzying and a great use of perhaps accidental distortion.

  7. I really enjoy looking at photo 3. I think this is a good use of low light and long exposure. Well done.

  8. Picture 11 is probably my favorite. It makes me feel like I'm floating in a dream, which I kind of wish I was doing right now.

  9. Out of your photo set I like 1,3, and 4 the best! I think you really captured the assignment in this pictures. I like how you framed the faucet in the shot of photo 1- it's a simple yet personal shot and made me feel really relaxed (bubble bath came to mind!) 3 and 4 really nailed the long exposure aspect and I love the cool patterns of the lights you captured. Well done!
